Scholarships:
- To qualify for 1906 Scholars and/or academic scholarship , a student must earn a 1300 SAT score (Math + Critical Reading only) or a 29 ACT score, and demonstrate academic ability in the classroom. Students selected as finalists for the academic scholarships will be invited to campus for a personal interview during Southern Scholars Showcase (in December). Additional information regarding the events will be sent to selected students.
- To qualify for an academic scholarship, a student must earn a 1200 SAT score (Math + Critical Reading only) or a 27 ACT score, and demonstrate academic ability in the classroom. Students selected as finalists for the academic scholarships will be invited to campus for a personal interview during Scholars’ Day (in February). Additional information regarding the events will be sent to selected students.
- To qualify for a leadership scholarship, a student must earn a minimum 3.0 GPA, a minimum 1100 SAT (24 ACT), have outstanding leadership in high school, and leadership and involvement in the community through volunteer activities. Students selected as finalists for the academic scholarships will be invited to campus for a personal interview during the Leadership Conference in March. |
