In 1986, Salvadoran entrepreneurs with great vision and determination to promote the development of education in our country, at various levels have created the Business Foundation for Educational Development, FEPADE.

Thus begins a new stage in the educational process of El Salvador. The philosophical bases that support the work of FEPADE, are working in a free enterprise system, to act in an apolitical, nonprofit, continuous improvement, customer service and the development of the Education and Training of all Salvadorans regardless of race, religion, political preference and economic status.

Since its inception FEPADE proposed effectively train as many people as possible to ensure prompt obtain jobs and improve their standard of living.

The achievements are significant, thanks to the excellent work of the members of its Board of Directors, who understand the vital importance of this project invest the time needed to set policy and ensure implementation thereof.

FEPADE personal philosophy is teamwork, accountability in goal achievement, personal initiative and update.

FEPADE Institutional image is based on the quality of educational services, which are characterized by their effectiveness and organization.

In short, the update, creativity, participatory communication, respect for personal initiatives, the principles of quality and commitment to educational development visionary define the philosophical framework of our founding.

Scholarship Program
We have the support and confidence in institutions such as the Government of El Salvador, through the Ministry of Education and the Central Bank, FUNDEMAS, European Union, private companies and individuals that have been identified with the cause to provide educational opportunities, creating funds for scholarships intended and designed to benefit young Salvadorans who lack the economic resources needed to finance their studies and have good academic performance and will be continued until the end of their studies.


Manage and administer quality and transparency, funds from various Secot through scholarship programs at all educational levels, contributing to personal growth and human development and productive country.


Contribute to strengthening the educational field through the Scholarship Funds management, optimizing resources for the benefit of the student population at all levels, providing quality service and efficiency.

Scholarship Program

Scholarship in the Department conducted a systematic process that ensures compliance with the objectives and rules of each fund sponsor programs, this allows us to obtain updated information of each of the stages, which gives the necessary transparency in any the programs we administer.

The programs include scholarships to study for primary, secondary and higher education and technical college students with limited economic resources, with high academic achievement, who are willing to continue studying and have demonstrated good behavior. With an annual economic substance distributed in monthly payments so they can afford the expenditure on studies that are underway.
