The UNIMINUTO University System , in fulfillment of its mission, is committed within the

through the efficient use of resources and continuous improvement of its processes,
competent staff, adequate infrastructure and information systems excellence

Our Quality Objectives

1. Program and institutional accreditation

Have X% of high-quality accredited programs by the Ministry of Education, established in the planning of each headquarters.

Stop the self-assessment process for accreditation with a score less than 80% in the level of compliance for Headquarters.

2. Research

Ensure that X% of classified research groups have improved their headquarters each classification Colciencias

3. Social Projection

Ensure that X% of eligible communities and organizations impacted at high or very high level of satisfaction with our services in each headquarters.

4. Culture of service and satisfaction of stakeholders

Getting over 80% of our key stakeholders rate the degree of satisfaction with our services and very high levels.

The main stakeholders (interested parties - ISO 9000:2000 Numeral 3.3.7) have been established: students, alumni, graduates, teachers, administrators, employers, contracting authorities and suppliers.

5. Process Improvement

Number of improvement actions implemented to fulfill the agreed time for implementation.

6. Personal

Have X% of teachers with master's plant system or higher, graduate or process as planned in each headquarters.

Have X% of system administrators or greater specialization according to minimum charge profiles.

Getting over 85% of employees are qualified UNIMINUTO notable or higher level of competition missionary identity.

7. Infrastructure and Information Systems

Update and modernize critical information systems (academic, students, financial administration, library, quality management, student funding).
