Faithful to the mission Santo Tomás, the educational project of the Corporation is focused on excellence and quality of teaching, as well as training and development of their students.

The growth of St. Thomas in recent years is reflected in the realization of national projects, partnerships with educational institutions in other countries and also in the significant investment in infrastructure and equipment that has been carried out, all in function to generate a dynamics of continuous improvement of educational services in anticipation of filling the current and future needs, mainly students, but also the faculty and administration.

St. Thomas is an educational system with national presence, serving the training of people at different levels of education, Education, Technical Training Center, and University Professional Institute. Mr. Gerardo Rocha Vera founded the Center for Paramedics, PROPAM, originating in 1981 at Technical Training Center, National Center for Agricultural and Paramedical Studies, PROPAM, pioneer in the area providing paramedical careers.
It is based Technical Training Centre, American Centre for Education and Culture, Cidec, pioneer in offering courses mainly in the area of communications, tourism, secretarial, computer, foreign trade, accounting and design.

Ministry of Education authorizes the operation of the Technical Training Center, Cidec, in 16 cities: Arica, Iquique, Antofagasta, La Serena, Ovalle, Viña del Mar, Santiago, Rancagua, Curico, Talca, Chillán, Concepción, Temuco, Valdivia, Puerto Montt Punta Arenas.
