Along with professional skills, we train our students in a set of generic skills related to entrepreneurship, research skills, problem solving, commitment to ethics, computer skills and leadership, among others. In modern business, these skills are essential for effective job performance.

The preparation for the workplace is a priority as we develop a close relationship between theory and practice. We spend many hours of professional practice in most races, so that students have early knowledge of what is the reality of work.

Also our education considers additional comprehensive training that gives graduates an overview of contemporary society, indispensable for the continued growth in the personal and professional. Thus, the student sees reality from a broader perspective with which to address the diversity of possible work scenarios in a world characterized by change and uncertainty as a constant.

Additional comprehensive training is performed through a set of elective courses organized in disciplinary academic programs called Minors, covering areas such as arts, science, history and economics.

Our educational project offers opportunities for effective self-learning of English through specialized software available in labs and Internet languages. The learning is complemented by workshops to develop conversational skills.

Similarly, the University UCINF offers other opportunities for training in those areas that are of interest to students, beyond what is strictly professional. There are areas of sports, debating society, music, crafts and other workshops according to the interests of the students themselves.
