The deceased and his vision of education as an active process of life
Education is always an active process of life, represents the experience of the past, the present reality and future of critical consciousness. It is therefore a sum of human existence, its failures and its achievements. The individual in cultural space, have to achieve satisfactory levels of personal, political, cultural and social order to display behaviors, attitudes, balanced, arising primarily education as an active process of life.
The general education as social agency, intense and extensive, affects all mankind. It should be seen, therefore, in any national system of education in different countries, as a universal value, as a fundamental human right.
The educator is aware that education as an active process of living is eslética, works throughout the structural and economic reality of the social world, conceptually integrated the reality of each student.
The school, like minded and not as a building, has the duty to work curricula to meet the emerging expectations and Evoluent society and the individual. The curriculum design must necessarily materialize, operationalize, the background of culture and mentality of the local, regional, national and human. Every nation has a common past, so a system of ideas forged in the struggles, joys, the achievements, the disappointments, the outside of the contradictory expressing their wealth in history. The school, community, social functioning, is required to operationalize the social system of that system of ideas grounded in the history of the people. Only then will the educational process reaches the political sense of the man in your living space.
The educator has to ask continually if civilization is to progress, development is in the fundamental sense of life. We must not forget the ruins of old Rome, nor the destructive elements that accompany the new discoveries, innovations and invenções.O curriculum alive, active, should clean up those elements that degrade, generating always pain, distress and profound human strains, such as : the technology away from the concept of optimization of life, like water pollution, air, place, animals and people, the war and its aftermath, the forces of bigotry; urban centers far from the concept biotic hunger in poor countries, the gap between rich and poor, etc..
Education as an active process of life can not neglect to raise social educational tools and instructions, which allow individuals to achieve critical consciousness of his individuality and personality as well as the social.
The integrated curriculum promotes a conception of the human person, the individual necessarily aware of the great responsibility to live and preserve the values of humanity, the culture of their homeland, their identity in psychosocial living space, the force of nature, its balance, its integrated system of life, etc.. Therefore, the individual is the driver of the story and not driven.
Education as an active process of conceiving life looking for the school curriculum as a plastic unit functional, vitalized process that has as constituents the man, his contradictions, his creative power, their sense of freedom, its dynamic existence, his will Continuous, their questions, etc..
Education as an active process works the full identity of the body and mind of the educated, the human social integration (political, social, economic, cultural body and spirit), critical awareness and responsibility of the student as an agent of history, entrepreneurship ; self-control, the strengthening of interaction between individuals, the awareness of the new, the continuous pursuit of leisure, cultural integration, the strengthening of the personality, in view of the individual peculiarities; participatory concepts of group life, leadership, professional agency ; awareness and social responsibility, cultural, political, democratic, moral biopsychic considering the possibilities of each student, making the world turn into their world.
The educator can not forget that civilization's progress is development, not by the accumulation of knowledge by scientific discoveries, technological or philosophical, but the effect those activities that together produce about the quality of life on our planet.
Education, as an active process of life is to reach and maintain the balance of the mobile unit physical-psychological-dynamo.
The educated man is one who lives in essence, without concern for appearances.
