As a university, UNIBAN Brazil is structured and organized to teach the higher education of undergraduate, graduate, extension and scientific research, according to law. Its performance provides the strengthening of the practice of integral education, research and extension. The sponsor of the Academy is UNIBAN Brazil Paulista Anchieta S / C Ltda.

The Higher Education Institution (HEI) has power to decide on various matters related to its structure, dealing more specifically on academic autonomy, educational, scientific, administrative, disciplinary and financial and asset management. This autonomy, or the ability to be governed by its own laws, is secured by the Constitution (art. 207) and the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education (LDB - art. 53), however, does not exclude forms of control by part of the government, through legislation and enforcement of specific organs of education and its quality.

The main internal document that guides and organizes all your UNIBAN's Rules. Consisting of 223 articles, this instrument of discipline rules and functioning of organs of the university, as well as the implementation of administrative services and teaching, research and extension plans didactic-pedagogic, administrative and disciplinary action.

Throughout its history, Brazil has UNIBAN fitting the historical moment, cultural, economic and social, changing and evolving. In education, preserves, cultivates and maintains a strict disciplinary code, supported by moral and ethical values, fundamental for the survival and evolution of a structure. Still on evolution, UNIBAN Brazil is totally in tune with modernity, always open to new technologies in a globalized world.

This institution of modernity is expressed in their curricula, which direct the student to a growing intellectual and professional autonomy, in the form of teaching that develops students' critical thinking, in the way of the student to get information, accelerated learning, the constant stimulating creativity and motivation of their students; the formation of not only good employees but also entrepreneurs.

It is a synthesis of lessons, giving full insight into the overall programming of the discipline, providing basic and complementary bibliography. These alliances, born the Educational System UNIBAN Brazil, which unites the credibility and experience of UNIBAN with the strength of UNIBAN School in San Jose / SC and FACIAP (Faculty of Applied Sciences Rattlesnake), maintained by UNIPAN (PAU American Education S / C Ltda), in Cascavel / PR.

The position that UNIBAN occupies today in the Brazilian educational scenario was achieved through continuous discussions about how best to do, about to be reached and how to overcome constantly.
