With a vibrant and innovative approach, the Centro Universitario Una is one of the educational institutions that more grows in Minas Gerais, offering a solid training and a learning process for different students.
It is 49 years of mining work in higher education, constantly building one of its main commitments: an environment for teaching and learning inspiring, awakening in people the passion for a full life and respect the characteristics of each.
Currently there are seven campuses strategically located in the cities of Belo Horizonte and Contagem, offering courses in Bachelor, Graduate, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Technological broad and narrow sense. The units come with modern academic spaces, laboratories for practical activity, areas of relationship and location.
The faculty is composed of masters and doctors of recognized competence and academic markets. The distinguished academic project allows the students also have opportunities for professional development and social participation in actions with the Outreach Program offered by Una.
The same academic excellence in the areas of biological sciences and health, communication and the arts, humanities and applied social science makes Unite national reference in Undergraduate Technology, through the Institute of Technology Una (Unatec).

UNA built its Charter of Values, with five fundamental principles that guide all decisions of the institution.
It is the true compass that will move everyone toward the realization of a dream driven by our mission, which is transforming the country through education, training professionals for the job market, guided by ethical and citizen attitude, through academic excellence and administrative and adoption of modern teaching practices.
The Charter sets out the intentions of the UNA in becoming a transparent and honest environment, based on the commitment of everyone to always seek the best and teamwork in pursuit of the new, bold and creative. They are:
