The Faculty of Law Victoria (VSF) had attended law approved in July 1995, starting his first class in the second half of last year. As a result of their work won the recognition of the course is the third year of its operation, a first in the country.
The post-graduation courses in Law are offered since 1996. In 2002 began a course of post-graduate studies in the area of Fundamental Rights and Guarantees, the first Masters authorized by CAPES in an institution of state and first Master of Law of the Holy Spirit.
In its history, the VSF quickly became a benchmark in higher education because of the excellent results achieved in academia. The law school received in Provão The MEC for three consecutive years, being the only private college of the Holy Spirit to repeat score.
In 2002, he had his pedagogical model as selected by INEP among private colleges in the country. According to the Student Guide 2006, the VSF was among the 19 best colleges in the country and the law school of the institution among the 15 five-star courses.
In 2007, the only private college in state to receive the seal of the Federal Bar Association recommended. That same year, launched the Integral Law School in order to give students an expanded training.
In 2008, she was classified by the MEC / INEP as the best college in the state and the third best college in the country among those that offer law school. In addition, he won 1st place in the National Examination of OAB among all individuals in Brazil.
In 2009, the General Index of Courses (PMI) released by the MEC with VSF ranked the 3rd best private college of law of the country. Between public and private institutions, the VSF was 10th place.
And in 2010 the gains continue to prove the quality of teaching of the Law Faculty of Victoria. For the second consecutive year, a student of Master in Fundamental Rights and Guarantees of the prize winner was Professor Edilson Soarez Brazil, offered by Conpedi - National Council for Research and Graduate Studies in Law. And the CAPES evaluation indicated the Master of VSF as one of the eight best in the country, thereby scoring 4 on a scale ranging from 1 to 5.
In 2010, the VSF celebrates 15 years of history, with a solid academic project and consolidated, but remains focused on innovation to always offer a better legal education and in tune with market trends and society.
