Founded in 1998, FIB - Integrated College of Bauru, has a history of tradition and pioneering spirit of the town and commitment to its employees, students and partners.

Social Responsibility

The FIB has developed several community outreach projects, such as:

SACI, Health and Citizenship - more than 100 children from neighborhoods near the college, being served annually;

GOOD GOOD NOTE-BALL - implanted by an NGO under the responsibility of FIB and an elementary school, also near the FIB, among others, through the assessments at its premises poly sports.

CEPAF - FIB, Centre for Studies and Research in Physical Activity by Laber - Laboratory of FIB resistance exercise develops the Breaking Barriers Project, aimed at people who use a wheelchair permanently. In May 2006, signed an agreement with Northwest Sports Club to conduct the physical evaluation tests of its athletes.

FIBRINCANDO - interdisciplinary project every year, serving approximately 700 children from nearby neighborhoods of FIB, promoting leisure and recreation, in addition to distributing gifts and snacks.

FISIOFIB - physiotherapy students attend free of children, adolescents, adults, seniors and pregnant women in preventive examinations such as measurement of blood glucose, blood pressure, weight and height, and present lectures on posture and tips for pregnant and lactating women.

CONSULFIB - project consulting to small business. Give support to income generation projects organized by the Department of Social Welfare. Develops consultancy and lectures about notions of production cost, training lots of cheap, selling prices, marketing and administration of the family budget.

LAW GOES TO COMMUNITY - Regular visits to the community, taking information regarding the rights and duties of parents and guardians under the Statute of Children and Adolescents, as well as other topics such as Consumer Law, Environment and Labor Law.

G Major, Camerata of violins - the support and sponsorship of lectures and teaching materials, children starting in the western city's musical culture and the instrument.
