Management

The management model Sumaré School is based in values, since they guarantee the recovery of human freedom, solidarity, brotherhood, transformative, critical, creative, enterprising and bold. This model aims to create a new culture and values in order to:

- Establish ever stronger ties with the institution;
- Lead to commitment to the organization's performance;

This management provides constant preparation to achieve the proposed objectives and draw new ones, in a dialectical relationship with reality, without losing the strategic vision of the future.

The Faculty Sumaré invests in creating an effective learning environment, in tune with current market demands, resulting from the advance of technology and globalization of the economy. By incorporating technology into education, provides students with tools, learning experiences and skills development, beyond the traditional boundaries of the classroom.
To this end, innovative projects conceived and sought partnerships with major market leaders and premier institutions of learning.
Through an agreement between the Center for Internships and College Sumaré renowned companies in the market, students put into practice the knowledge acquired during the course and enrich their curriculum and preparing for the labor market.

II - To train professionals in different fields, covering the training courses for teachers, managers for organizations in various specialties, and the field of information and communication, suitable for insertion into poor sectors of professional development and reflections Brazilian society;

III - Encouraging the spirit of scientific research aimed at developing science, technology, creation and dissemination of culture and thus develop the rapport between man and the environment they live in;

IV - Gathering teachers with high qualification and professional experience, committed to higher education, the production of new knowledge and disseminating them to society in the form of services, events and extension courses;

V - Using advanced technologies and methodologies of teaching, aiming to provide students with a greater acceleration and better learning, and give rise to them the opportunity to learn and use this instrument in their future professions, and to improve service to faculty and academic students;

VI - To promote the spread of cultural, scientific and technical make up the patrimony of humanity and to communicate knowledge through teaching, publications or other forms of communication;

VII - Encouraging the desire for constant improvement of cultural, professional and continuing education, from programs to improve and graduate students;

VIII - To stimulate knowledge of this world's problems, particularly national and regional, providing specialized services to this community and to establish a reciprocal relationship;

IX - Promoting the extension of knowledge, open to participation of the population in order to disseminate the achievements and benefits of cultural creation and scientific and technological research generated in the institution;

X - Promote, inextricably, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate, research and extension functions as basic and fundamental, and

XI - Maintain relationships with corporate and educational organizations, with or without profit, partnering for the exchange of knowledge, placement in the professional market, improvement and updating projects courses, joint involvement in the training of teachers and pupils, promoting culture, exchange of experiences and technical and scientific improvement.
