HISTORY
The Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters Ituverava - FFCL - is a higher education institution of a philanthropic, nonprofit, maintained by the Educational Foundation Ituverava, and located in the city of Ituverava in São Paulo.
The FFCL was founded in 1971 through cooperation between City Hall and the Masonic Lodge Ituverava city. Seeking a humanistic, critical and reflective FFCL to prepare competent professionals and updated for the labor market and mainly engaged in the improvement of society in our country.
With nearly 40 years of tradition in the development, education and cultivation of teachers, professors and teachers FFCL form that spread through the cities of the state and beyond, working in networks of public and private education, especially in the various competitions that participated.
Today the college expands and applies all his knowledge in higher education in the area of business management with a course of Directors recognized and high quality.
The faculty stands out for its high degree of professionalism, the dedication with which embraces the causes of education and the constant search for improvement in postgraduate courses.
MISSION
The Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters Ituverava is a particular establishment of higher education, which aims in the areas of courses it: training of professionals and specialists of higher level training of specialists for basic education, developing the study and research in the fields of culture, which are objects of his teaching, extension education and research community through courses and special services for guidance and educational development as well as to solve the problems of education, and spread the culture of all means at their disposal.
CREDIBILITY
In addition to nearly 40 years of tradition, has its FFCL teaching quality confirmed by recent evaluations of the MEC. One of the more traditional college courses, the Bachelor's was in 2009 ranked as the 15th best in the state of Sao Paulo among the 114 courses in public and private universities evaluated.
SCHOLARSHIP AND PHILANTHROPY
As a nonprofit institution with respect to philanthropy, FFCL is known not only for keeping prices low and affordable while maintaining a quality education, but is also known by the large number of scholarships to distribute.
The Campus
The campus of FFCL is situated in a prime area within the city of Ituverava and near many points of interest such as the Municipal Forum, shops, restaurants and bars.
