Other fruits of the pioneering tradition of the Faculty PIO XII were courses of Biomedicine, the first in the Holy Spirit, and the course of law, first in the city of Cariacica, created in 2004. The course of Biomedicine form professionals able to act in disease diagnosis, research of new drugs and biochemical analysis in general, and may even specialize in the development of precision equipment for the laboratory area. Until then, local businesses have "imported" these professionals from other states, due to the lack of them in the Holy Spirit.

The course of law aims to develop professionals with solid general education and humanities, with a capacity of analysis and articulation of concepts and arguments, interpretation and appreciation of social and legal phenomena, combined with a critical reflective attitude and vision that fosters the ability to work teamwork, which fosters the ability for independent learning and dynamic, as well as life skills, work and citizenship development.
