The College of Administrative Sciences Curvelo (FAC) is an Institution of Higher Education, the Catholic confessional, headquartered in Curvelo, Minas Gerais, Rua Jo„o Pessoa, No. 88, Centro, CEP 35790000, PABX (38) 3721 -3945. Authorized by the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Hon. Josť Sarney, Federaln Decree No 98866 of 1/23/1990, keeping the course of Bachelor in Business Administration, started in February 14, 1991.
Recognized by the Ministerial Decree No. 1018 of 02.10.1996 of the Ministry of Education, won the Renewal of Recognition by the Ministerial Decree No. 69 of 17.01.2000 of the Ministry of Education.
In 1999, in view of the concepts obtained in the National Course Examination, and with the fulcrum in Article 4 and its Sole Paragraph of Ministerial Decree No. 2175 of 27.11.1997, has expanded the number of students per year to 100 in two classes .
In 1999, the B.Sc. in Business Administration was related by MEC among the 40 best business in Brazil to obtain an automatic renewal of recognition approved by Opinion No. 784/99 of the CNE and affected by Ministerial Decree No. 69, de17 .01.2000.
On 25 October 2000, the School was honored by the Regional Administration of Minas Gerais, during the VI Pan American Congress of Directors, with the "COMENDA MERIT IN ADMINISTRATION," category "Academic Merit."
On 1 August 2003, the School was honored by the city of Curvelo, with "COMENDA OF MUNICIPAL LEGISLATIVE ORDER OF MERIT."
Committed to Christian values of civilization and the humanistic philosophical base, the mission of the College of Administrative Sciences Curvelo is consolidated from a comprehensive training, which enable the administrator to understand the future through social, political, economic and culture where it is inserted, and make decisions in a diverse world.
The institution's policy gives priority to promoting culture in the intellectual, aesthetic, moral and spiritual, in light of its commitment to Christian values of civilization and as an instrument of realization of the vocation of man.
The development of the teaching-learning turns to participation in research and research in order to create and disseminate a vision of the universe and man's conscious of the necessary unity that governs the multiplicity of knowledge, in addition to preparing competent professionals , enabled the efficient performance of its functions, acting effectively and responsibly.
In keeping with the evolutionary process and in the eternal flow of science and knowledge, the institution states in its founding mission and philosophy, the need for continuous professional development of developing self-confidence and an interdisciplinary construction of new knowledge.
