The Colleges of Technology - FATEC's - maintained by Paula Souza Center, are public institutions of higher education, offering Colleges of Technology, recognized, designed and developed to meet the segments current and emerging industrial activity and services sector, having in view of the constantly changing technology.
The Higher Education is committed to the production system. With flexible curricula, consisting of basic subjects and humanities, technology support and specific training on the scope of technology, its courses have an average workload of 2700 hours with three years' duration.
Structurally, the teaching is based on real projects, case studies and individual laboratories equipped to reproduce the conditions of the professional environment, allowing the future Technologist participate in an innovative way of various jobs in your area. This concept requires a teaching faculty consists of specialists, as well as teachers who dedicate themselves fully to the development of education and technological research.
