The Graduate Institute School of Business Argentina has been founded with the aim of training professionals with skills to plan, manage and lead organizations in dynamic environments, encourage technological development, promote continuous improvement in teaching and learning processes and investigate and provide solutions for the common good.
The Center's goal is to improve and innovate techniques and business skills.
The Center also participating specialized researchers, teachers and students regularly.
Training and research climate.
The academic and research environment is supported by three springs which has developed IUEAN: circulation of publications and abstracts, expert talks and workshops, and training for research.
Teachers are constantly on new publications and communications studies through library newsletters, events and abstracts. IUEAN translates and distributes abstracts, particularly network management (NRM), economics (ERN) and entrepreneurship (ERPN) "Social Science Research Network (SSRN - www.ssrn.com), these translations are also on www. iuean.edu.ar
The program of lectures and workshops covering various issues: economic, labor market, entrepreneurship, international business, etc. Leading experts discuss the situation and then discussed with teachers and special guests from the business world.
In addition, teachers receive an annual IUEAN offer special training for research. In 2009, a course on methodology and one on SPSS and other statistical tools.
The IUEAN produces a magazine called INNOVA communication research, published in print and digital formats at the site of the institution www.iuean.edu.ar
Lines of research.
Open research lines are:
1 - Research on the distribution of land to the origin of the city of Buenos Aires. A report of this research has been included with the title "City of the Holy Trinity and Port of Our Lady of Buenos Aires: construction of urban and social space" in the book compiled by Eduardo Klingman, "Social and Urban History (Blanks and flows) "FLACSO, Ministry of Culture, Quito, Ecuador, 2009. Has been presented at several national and international conferences and 53 International Congress of Americanists (ICA) in July 2009 in Mexico City.
2 - Free zones: versions of this research were presented at the Bicentennial to the Patriot-Congress Bicentennial organized the Catholic University of Argentina and "The second conference of the History of Industry and services (University of Buenos Aires)" both in 2009.
3 - "Management 2.0: Creating value in the era of collaboration" will be published in an ebook called "The Great Conversation." As part of this latest research, generated CETEAN, Center for Technological Entrepreneurship at the Instituto Universitario Escuela Argentina Business (see the site www.iuean.edu.ar, corporate information).
4 - Immigration and Industry in Argentina. Research conducted with the Director of the Economic Commission for Latin America in Argentina, forthcoming, sponsored by FIAT.
5 - Analysis of the evolution of a group of entrepreneurs. INNOVA and future publication in a report to the Government of the City of Buenos Aires.
6 - Relationship between creation and death of firms and the growth of economic activity. INNOVA future publication in other journals.
7 - Development of some tools of economic calculation interdisciplinary team to provide simple and innovative tools.
8 - Integration and Economic Coordination: they have started talks to form a network of integration studies.
The research center is headed by the Vice President for Research, Mr. William R. Ondarts and operating in orbit Library, Programme of Meetings and workshops of experts and the magazine INNOVA.

Institutional Program Internship
The internship system is one of the foundations of our educational and unique to students from the academic community IUEAN.
During the study phase, our students have access to a competitive and demanding job market. The course is articulated in a smooth and accurate with the academic requirements. Thus, the work is not an obstacle to normal development of their chosen career, but acts as an effective complement to it.
Since the recent approval of InstitutoUniversitario have been incorporated into the classrooms of students IUEAN strong desire to start a work experience in the field of guidance. Therefore, we created a new department in the institution dedicated to strengthening linkages University - Business.
While currently existing agreements with different companies from the local environment, we intend to encourage this process for the integration and improvement work across the educational community.
Students may participate in the "Institutional Internship Program (PIP)" voluntarily registering to develop internships in companies.
Through the program, students will: get an overview of the business, participate in teams, adapt to people and groups, develop creativity and innovation to provide solutions to everyday problems and perfection of ethics and social responsibility.
