Salon Success Academies provide comprehensive programs in cosmetology, nail technology and skin care. The programs include strategies to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
Nail Technology program - Includes theory and plenty of hands-on training. The program provides training in manicure, pedicure, sculptured nails, fills, tips, wraps including nylon, fiberglass and silk. Students also learn about sterilization and sanitation.
Esthetician program - Provides the skills utilized by makeup artists and skin care technicians. The program prepares students for licensure as an esthetician. Students are also trained in various types of facials and hair removal (waxing/tweezing). A substantial amount of hands-on training is included. The program also includes theory.
Cosmetology program - Provides training in hair design, hair cutting, hair coloring, chemical relaxing, trichology (science of hair), esthetics, manicure, pedicure and salon management. The program also includes theory.
Some of Salon SUCCESS Academies are Nationally Accredited Institutions participating in and recognized by the U.S. Department of Educationís Financial Aid programs. These programs primarily include the Pell Grant and the SEOG Grant.
Lest you be concerned that the school of your choice is NOT nationally accredited, please be assured that the education you will receive is exemplary and consistent in all our schools. At issue are financial concerns and our staff stands ready to help you in that area at all times. We will endeavor to assist you in financing your education and where need is a consideration, you will find us very resourceful and helpful in making suitable provisions for you to have the career of your choice.
