Our Mission

The Provadis School of International Management and Technology is the college for working adults in the Rhine-Main area. It is based on over forty years of experience with dual degree programs developed in the former Hoechst AG to develop and promote future leaders in industry.

A high quality of teaching is the principle of our work:

What it has to with bachelor and master it?

Bachelor and Master degrees are new, the 2010 Diploma, Masters & Co be replaced. Reason for a decision by the EU after the financial statements is intended to be harmonized throughout Europe. How long the program lasts at Provadis University?

How can I combine the course with my professional activities?
We have developed a model of time allows you to combine work and study well. The events take place one afternoon a week (14:00 - 20:30 clock) and Saturday mornings (7:30 - 14:00 clock instead).

Should I apply only for training or only for the study?
Apply first for an apprenticeship (preferably one year in advance), because this is a prerequisite for studying at our university. If you apply to Provadis, please have in your application letter that you're interested in studying at our university. For one study, internship, however you can apply directly at our university. Are the courses accredited?
Yes. The study Business Administration (Business Administration), Business accredited Information Management (Information Systems) and Industrial Management from the FIBAA, Chemical Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from the AQAS.

What is accreditation?
When an accreditation of each program is reviewed by an external agency on meeting certain characteristics. The goal is the quality of teaching and studies back up to create an international comparability of the courses and make it easier for employers and new students to identify quality programs.

I have no (technical) school. Can I study anyway?
If you have a degree in a recognized training occupation (eg, masters, MBAs, business administrator and professional traders), you can study. Alternatively, you can an external university entrance exam. You need a minimum of four years of professional experience after your training.

Are there funding opportunities for the study?
There are several ways to finance tuition costs. Information, see our pages on financing tips for professionals, graduates and trainees.

, I have stopped studying at another university. Will I recognize there accrued benefits?
Yes, the credit can be approved for full or part, if they were acquired within the same or a similar program. For a detailed check, you send us the certificates and if possible module descriptions.

I have a technician / master / Business Administration or similar made. Services bought there can be recognized?
This must be examined in individual cases by the dean if benefits can be recognized. Please send us the documents of your training and most detailed descriptions of the contents.

What occupation can be combined with what program?
The occupation must be studiengangsrelevant. How big are the study groups?

Is there any possibility of stays abroad?
Basically, a semester is not provided, since the students are full-time working. But there is a possibility, in the fourth Semester three weeks to study at our partner university in the United States. We also offer the 5th A multi-day semester abroad at our partner university in the Netherlands.

Master's degree students of Industrial Management, spend three weeks on China's top university in Xiamen. At this Summer School can optionally also the students from the degree Business Administration and Business Management Information participate.

What you earn as an apprentice, which as an intern?
For trainees from the remuneration depends on the industry, the occupation and year of training. Usually it is between 650-850 . A trainee usually receives a little more, because he does not go to school and therefore more frequently in the operation.

How high is the dropout rate?
The dropout rate at the university Provadis is around ten percent, significantly lower than at most state universities.
