The School of Sustainable Development Eberswalde (FH), located just outside Berlin, 1992 aufgenommmen on traditional forest and wood research site to study operations.
It has about 1800 students and 50 teachers, the smallest university in the state of Brandenburg. The sixteen courses now have a very independent, sustainable economies organization adhering profile.
Unique in Germany is based on the combination of the rural subjects such as forestry, land use and conservation, organic farming, wood technology, regional management or tourism.
The well sought after, some unique programs attract students from all over Germany and abroad to Eberswalde.
The need-based, future-oriented training of the individual courses is supplemented by special seminars and coaching to encourage the growing entrepreneurial culture.
