The Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart is one of almost 7,000 students to the largest institutions in the regions of Stuttgart and the Upper Neckar. In cooperation with 2,500 selected enterprises and social institutions, it offers 20 nationally and internationally accredited bachelor's degrees in the faculties of economics, technology and social work. Services of the Studentenwerk Stuttgart (SWS)

The Studentenwerk Stuttgart is responsible for including students of the Cooperative State University and has made it its mission to support students in economic, social and cultural fields and to look after.

The service is divided into the following areas:

Gastronomy (numerous canteens and cafeterias)
Student housing (33 residence halls with more than 6,400 seats, student hotel)
Childcare (6 nurseries, a kindergarten, two nurseries)

Social (disability, illness, emergencies)


International and intercultural experience are among the key skills of technical and managerial personnel.

The Cooperative State University has established therefore in international studies, which are offered in whole or in part in English.
