The Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School follows the Swiss Hospitality Education Model. This model, originally conceived in partnership with Hotelleriesuisse in Switzerland, balances theoretical classes with craft-based learning on campus in service, food and beverage, rooms division and professional internships. Students learn how to apply skills in active real life settings, completing a minimum of one year of industry placement in our degree programs before graduation.
