Louisiana Technical College - Alexandria Campus is part of Louisiana Technical College (LTC) Region 6.
Louisiana Technical College (LTC) Region 6 delivers instructional programs in high-demand fields which develop learners into a skilled workforce that improves the individual's quality of life as well as providing existing and new industry with a skilled workforce in a climate of fiscal and academic responsibility.

Financial aid:
- Federal PELL Grant
Federal PELL Grants are Federal funds available to eligible students attending approved programs at Louisiana Technical College. The application for Federal Student Aid may be obtained from the Financial Aid Officer. It is completed and mailed by the student to the Processing Center or you may apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Federal PELL Grants are awarded on the basis of need and do not require repayment as long as the student remains in attendance, maintains at least an 80% or above grade average, and makes satisfactory academic progress. For PELL eligibility, the student must have a high school diploma, GED or a demonstrated ability to benefit.
- Go Grant
The Louisiana Go Grant is a need based award program administered by the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance. The application for the Louisiana Go Grant ia the FAFSA which must be completed each academic year for evaluation of renewal eligibility.
To be eligible to receive the Louisiana Go Grant, the following criteria must be met:
Louisiana resident as defined by the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance
Students must be admitted and enrolled as a certificate or degree-seeking undergraduate student at a Louisiana public or private college or university: (1) as a first time freshmen or (2) aged 25 or older and not having enrolled in a college or university in credit bearing courses for at least three years.
