The Eastern Iowa Community College District is composed of three community colleges in Iowa. EICCD was established in 1965 by the Iowa General Assembly. EICCD is made up of the following schools and colleges:
- CLINTON
Clinton Community College was founded in 1946 and currently enrolls more than 1,200 students each fall. The college's main campus is located on Lincoln Boulevard. The college also includes the CCC Technology Center located at 1951 Manufacturing Drive.
- SCOTT
Scott Community College was founded in 1966 and enrolls more than 4,000 students each fall. Its main campus is located on Belmont Road in Bettendorf. It also includes the Kahl Educational Center and Career Assistance Center in downtown Davenport and the Blong Technology Center near Interstate 80 north of Davenport.
- MUSCATINE
Muscatine Community College was founded in 1929 and enrolls more than 1,200 students annually. Its campus is located on Colorado Street. The most recent addition to the college is the Muscatine Industrial Training Center, located on the college campus. The more than 8,000 square foot facility provides the latest in manufacturing training for current and future employees.
