AIB College of Business is an independent, nonprofit, coeducational two-year college of business, which was founded in 1921 and offers associate of applied science degrees and bachelor of science degrees.
To fulfill this mission, the administration of the College believes its efforts should be directed toward creating an educational environment by providing a variety of learning experiences, quality educational programs, and business and social activities. The College employs faculty whose educational qualifications and work experiences are appropriate to the mission of the College.
Courses of study are continually reviewed and revised, and appropriate equipment and facilities are provided to prepare students for entrance into today's progressive business economy. The College employs administrative personnel who provide students with educational and career support services in academic advising and counseling, housing, financial aid, and full and part-time employment.

Scholarships:
AIB College of Business is pleased to offer scholarships and grants for Associate and Bachelor degree-seeking students. AIB allocates scholarship and grant funds to students in an amount up to $17,200 per student. Eligible students will receive the one scholarship that maximizes their award potential. In addition, eligible students may also qualify for the AIB Monroe Colston Diversity Leadership Grant, Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship, EO Fenton Alumni & Housing Grant, AIB Out-of-State Grant, AIB Service Members Scholarship, Girls Basketball Scholarship, Golf Scholarship, Cheerleading Scholarship, Huisinga Memorial Scholarship, Dollars for Scholars, HS Senior Grant, Iowa Court Reporters Association Scholarship, and Tuition Exchange Program.
