The Department of Fine and Performing Arts comprises four programs at Dickinson State University: art, communication and theatre, graphic design, and dance.
This department is dedicated to developing artistic excellence through individual attention and a wide variety of technical and performance opportunities. Teacher-artists and a diversity of experiences assure every student's talent's and interests are fully developed.
The life of every student is enriched by a heightened appreciation of and participation in one of the Fine & Performing Arts.
Scholarships and awards at Dickinson State University are supported by gifts from alumni and friends of the University.

If you have questions about applying for scholarships, please call the Foundation office at 701-483-2004. Priority deadline for all scholarships and awards is December 1. Applications for new students are available in the Office of Academic Records, May Hall, room 111.
