Selection Criteria
Established in 1986 by Dr. David M. ('76) and Naomi Bloom in memory of her father, this scholarship is awarded to a US citizen who is a full-time undergraduate with a demonstrated record of high achievement and proven financial need.
How to Apply
Student must have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file with the BU Financial Aid Services Office. No other formal application is required. Recipients are selected in the Spring for the following academic year.
