Cranfield School of Management in partnership with the Cranfield New Zealand Alumni, offer The Cranfield New Zealand Alumni Scholarship for an outstanding MBA candidate of New Zealand origin.
Programme: Full-time MBA
Value: £28,000 (full tuition fess) plus NZ$3,000 from the NZ-UK Link Foundation for a return airfare, and a NZ$20,000 contribution towards living expenses.
Number of awards: 1
Scholarship details: The scholarship is open to anyone of New Zealand origin (New Zealand citizen or permanent resident) who intends to return to work in New Zealand within a reasonable time period after completion of the MBA. To be considered, you should complete and submit your MBA application form to Cranfield in the normal way by 30 April 2009.
Additional requirements: In addition to the application form, you should complete a separate scholarship application by 29 May 2009. Suitable candidates will first be interviewed for the MBA by Cranfield – normally by telephone. Successful candidates will then be short-listed for consideration of the scholarship by 29 May 2009. A panel made up of Cranfield alumni in New Zealand will interview the short-listed applicants, probably in June 2009 in Wellington or Auckland. Efforts will be made to interview applicants based outside New Zealand. A decision will be made immediately after these interviews.
The scholarship is supported by the NZ-UK Link foundation and the New Zealand Institute of Management, who will assist with the selection procedure.
