| Scholarships or student grants program description |
We aim to attract students of the highest calibre who will benefit from, and contribute to, the top-quality education on offer. We are keen to recognise and reward high levels of academic excellence.
At the School of Civil Engineering and the Environment we are expanding our programme of scholarships linked to a number of companies, the SUCCESS scheme. SUCCESS provides continuing sponsorships to students selected in their first and second year of study. It includes a financial package of between £1000 and £1700, summer work placements and possible long-term employment opportunities on graduation. Students are selected during the first semester on the basis of an interview day including company representatives.
