Announcement follows
An internship at KPMG provides a unique opportunity for graduates and students about to graduate to prove themselves in a real business environment, realize their potential through work on specific projects, and get an inside look at KPMG.
The internship consists of three months full-time work.
Interns who receive positive feedback on completion of their internship may be offered full-time positions in the Audit or Tax departments.
What We Are Looking For
There’s no single type of person that succeeds at KPMG, but we do look for people with something special to offer. Although it’s important that you’re a high-calibre graduate, your educational qualifications are not the only criteria we judge you on. We’re just as interested in other aspects of your experience and other parts of your character. We won't make a decision on your application, based on any one factor, but will take a rounded view based on four key areas: academic results, extracurricular activities, skills and abilities, and career motivation.
Overall, we’re looking for people who are in their 3rd year of University or who are preparing a Master’s degree, who combine good technical skills, problem-solving abilities and commercial focus and who have fluent English. We're also interested in people with a lot of integrity – good team workers who can build effective relationships, learn from experience and bring out the best in others.
When do internships take place?
The internship program is expected to take place in the period February - April 2010.
Internships are available in the Audit and Tax departments.
Internships during this period provide students with an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with the business of leading Romanian and international companies, work on real projects together with KPMG professionals as well as making practical use of their academic knowledge.
