Announcement follows
A new ISHA event will take place in Bucharest. After the succes of the 2011 event when History Students „Dacia” Association as ISHA Bucharest section organised the first international summer seminar – “Myths, Heroes and Identities”, we organize the seminar from this year.
The Seminar theme is “Symbols and figures of power” and we can choose from 6 workshops:
1. Religion in shifting the balance of power
2. Media and social media: tools of power (bilingual: English/French)
3. Inspiring leaders and leadership
4. Military strength and power’s enforcement
5. Leading actors of the international system
6. Art as symbol of power
The participation fee is 80€ (includes accommodation, three meals a day, local transport, as well as bus transfers during the excursion. It does not include drinks and travel costs to/from Bucharest). For the University of Bucharest students the participation fee is 40 € (meals and excursion).
You can apply from tommorow (April 30, 00.00 local time Eastern European Summer Time = GMT+3 ) until next Sunday (May 6). For those who came at the last seminar, you should consider that we have a different program (topics, sightseeing, trips) and you can discover more of Romania .
