International youth meeting: “From exclusion into inclusion” in Azerbaijan

Brief summary
“Bridge to the Future” Youth Union is intended to carry out International youth meeting titled: “From exclusion into inclusion” and involve active youth NGOs from the different European regions. In this international youth exchange meeting, teams from different regions of Europe will discuss the activities organized within European Campaign “All Different-All Equal” explore the youth participation and review the process of integration of European youth from the exclusion into inclusion. After sharing of information and experiences, participants of the international meeting will be divided into 4 different teams and move to the various regions of Azerbaijan. Each team will be responsible for the carrying out of 2 days workshops for the young people excluded from the social life.
Aims and objectives of the International youth meeting
The main aim of the meeting is to integrate social excluded young people into the active participation in social life and exchange with the best practices gotten within the European Campaign “All Different-All Equal” more concern to the topic of the project.
Objectives
To identify and understand factors of social exclusion of young people;
To exchange the best practices of activities more focus on proposed topics carried out within the Campaign “All Different-All Equal” in Council of Europe member countries;
To discuss how and what is necessary to develop for better youth work within campaign in European countries;
To involve social excluded young people into the active participation in social life;
To give an opportunity for participants from different countries to see the world outside of their country;
Program elements:
- Best practices of European Campaign more focus on proposed topics in various regions of Europe;
- What is inclusion and exclusion?
- Integration of excluded youth into the social life;
- Youth participation: Is it helpful to integrate from exclusion into inclusion?
- The basic guideline of ToT for holding expected workshops.
- lecture by an expert, and working groups;
- Presentation of components of European Campaign “All Different – All Equal”
- How to avoid exclusion?
- The ways of getting active in social life of society.
