Job description
PricewaterhouseCoopers HR Services unit provides of integrated advice on personnel management to Belgian and international organisations. By linking the human factor directly to business aspects which are central to our clients’ enterprises, we are able to make HR into a strategic business partner.
As an employee in our multidisciplinary teams, your task is to demonstrate to our Belgian and international clients how to get the maximum investment from their human capital. In doing this you will apply the ‘Human Capital Return on Investment’ method. This innovative concept, developed by PwC, identifies, measures, compares and optimises people’s key contributions. Under this methodology, we are involved in projects affecting the entire HR value chain: from recruitment via development, deployment and retention right through to career end. You are responsible for both giving and implementing advice.
Your profile
-You have a university degree in commercial engineering, (applied) economic sciences or human sciences, preferably coupled with a specialisation in HR management or an MBA.
-You have at least 8 years experience within the HR department of a large international organisation, or as an HR Consultant.
-You express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.
-You are a team player, client focussed and entrepreneurial and you combine insight with a strong analytical capacity.
-You are flexible in terms of work place and you are open to travel in and around Europe.
